At Omas Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
